Observation

See where you win, where you lose, and on which days.

Observation is the third tab of the Skill report page, after the Trade journal. It reads your closed trades and the setups you wrote in the journal, and shows what they say about you. The picture uses sample trades.

Observation: The Observation tab: top winning and losing instruments, best and worst setup, best and worst day of the week, and the last 5 weeks (sample trades).

What you can do

  • Top 3 winning instruments and top 3 losing instruments, each with its number of trades, share of trades won and net profit or loss.
  • Highest winning setup and highest losing setup. The setup is the one you pick in the Trade journal, so fill it in for each trade. Trades with no setup are counted aside, and a note tells you how many.
  • Most winning day of the week and most losing day of the week, by net profit or loss of the trades closed on that day.
  • Record of the last 5 weeks, Monday to Sunday: trades, net, and that week’s most winning and most losing day. It is rebuilt from your trades, so it stays as long as your trades do.
  • Use Last 5 weeks or All trades at the top right to choose which trades the instruments, setups and days count. The weekly record always shows the last five weeks.
  • Observation is for your Virtual account (and a future live account), not for challenge or contest accounts. Times are in India time.
