This policy explains what personal information EasyExecute collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website (https://easyexecute.com) and the EasyExecute beta app (https://beta.easyexecute.com/).
We collect only what we need to run the service. By using the website or the app, you agree to this policy.
02
What we collect
From the early access form on this website:
your name, email address and phone number
whether you would use the product and the features you expect
your consent to be contacted
When you register for the app:
your full name, email address and username
your password (we keep only a scrambled copy of it, so we cannot read it)
your phone number, country, state, address, city and pincode
where you heard about us, if you tell us
While you use the app:
what you do in your virtual account: orders, positions and results
your watchlists, saved chart layouts, alerts, reminders, journal notes and settings
messages and feedback you send us, for example with Report an issue or the beta feedback form
Technical information: your IP address is used to protect the forms against bots and abuse.
We do not collect payment card or bank details. There is nothing to pay for in the beta.
03
Cookies and browser storage
The app keeps your login session and your settings (such as theme, layouts and table columns) in your browser's storage on your own device. The website keeps your theme choice the same way.
The bot check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) may use its own small browser storage to tell people from bots.
We do not use advertising cookies.
04
How we use your information
to create and run your account and the virtual account
to run the early access list and the waiting list, and to send invitations
to send you emails about your account and the beta: welcome, invitations, waiting list updates, replies to your messages and important notices
to understand and fix problems, and to improve the product
to keep the service safe and to prevent abuse
to meet legal duties
05
Who handles your information
We use a few service providers to run the service. They handle information only to provide that service to us:
Amazon Web Services: hosting, and the database where your account and early access answers are stored (India, Mumbai region).
Cloudflare: the bot check on our forms, and carrying the traffic between your browser and the app.
Zoho ZeptoMail: sending our emails (India data centre).
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it if the law requires us to.
06
Keeping your information safe
Passwords are stored in a scrambled form. Connections to the website and the app use HTTPS. Only the people who need it to run the service can reach the stored information.
No system is completely safe, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please keep your password private.
07
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the reasons above. You can ask us to delete it.
08
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you.
If you have an account, use Report an issue inside the app to ask.
09
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
