These terms are the rules for using EasyExecute: this website and the EasyExecute beta app ("the service"). Please read them. By creating an account, or by using the service, you agree to them.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

EasyExecute is a charting and trade-practice platform for the Indian markets. It offers charts, indicators, drawing tools, an options toolkit, a way to carry out an order in pieces, a virtual account, reports and a trade journal.

The service is in beta. It is open only to specific users, and its features can change.

Orders you place in the app go to a virtual account. No real order is sent to any exchange or broker, and no real money is used or moved.

Virtual money, profits and losses have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. A live trading account is planned, but it is not available. If it is added, it will come with its own terms.

EasyExecute does not give investment advice, tips or recommendations. Charts, indicators, reports, scores and grades are tools to help you study the market and your own trading. They are not advice.

Trading in the markets carries risk. Results of past trades, in practice or in real life, do not predict future results. Any decision you take is your own.

Live prices come from NSE data through a broker feed. They can be delayed, interrupted, incomplete or wrong.

Do not rely on the prices in the service to place real trades. Check them with your broker or the exchange first.

Access to the beta is by invitation or from the waiting list. We decide how many people can use it at a time, and when.

A new account gets a free beta trial of 7 days. We may limit the hours of use, and we may change or end the trial or the beta.

When you register, give true and complete details. Keep them up to date.

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Do not share your account or let someone else use it.
• Tell us in the app if you think someone else has used your account.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or collect prices, data or content from the service by automatic means
• try to break, overload or get around the limits or the security of the service
• reverse engineer or copy the software
• use the service to cheat, harass others or break the law
• create more than one account to get around the invitation or trial limits
• sell or pass on the prices or data shown in the service

Notes, journal entries, watchlists, saved layouts and other things you add stay yours. You let us store them and show them back to you so that the service can work.

The software, design, name and content of EasyExecute belong to EasyExecute or its licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service. They do not give you ownership of any of it.

The service is a beta and is provided as it is. It can be slow, unavailable or change without notice. Orders are accepted only while the market is open.

We may add, change or remove features at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms the service or other users, or is used in a way that puts the service at risk.

You can stop using the service at any time. You can ask us to delete your account from inside the app with Report an issue.

The service is for practice and study. As far as the law allows, EasyExecute is not responsible for any loss that comes from decisions you take using the service, from wrong or delayed prices, or from the service being slow, interrupted or unavailable.

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it together with these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you agree to the new terms.
